Appointment Types
- On the day
Most of our appointments are available to book on the day. Phone lines are open from 8.00 am. Call 0117 9543060.
Once all the same day appointments are gone you will be asked to call again the next day.
If you feel the problem is urgent and needs dealing with that day the receptionist will ask you a few questions to help us arrange the most appropriate course of action, this may then result in a doctor phoning you back.
- Walk-ins
Walk in appointments are available, come down to the health centre at 8am and you will be offered an appointment from 8.30am.
- Routine
Routine appointments are available to be booked online, by phone and in person up to 3 weeks in advance.
- Telephone
If you feel your problem or query can be dealt with by phone, doctor, nurse and treatment room telephone appointments are available. Please note medication requests and sick notes can not be sorted in this way. See relevant sections.
- Extended Hours
We offer routine evening appointments Tuesday to Thursday from 6.30pm to 7.15pm and alternate Saturday morning appointments for those patients who find it difficult to attend the routine surgeries during their normal working day.
