Telephone Advice

We are pleased to offer help and advice by telephone consultations. Just request this when phoning the surgery and you will be called back that day by one of the team.

A few examples of what we can help with over the phone are:

  • medication questions, eg side effects, unsure how to take it, drug interactions
  • test results
  • advice on how you can help yourself to stay well or get better from common ailments
  • hospital referral uncertainties and questions

We cannot deal with the following requests by phone:

  • medication requests, please speak to your pharmacist or bring in repeat medication request slips to reception
  • fit notes/ sick notes, please make a face to face appointment
